This print is part of a “flowers and books” series I painted in 2025. As in the version of this painting that has a kitty, these cookbooks are from my kitchen shelf. I prefer to do my reading from paper, and that includes recipes. Highly impractical when it comes to finding new ideas for dinner, but the pages of these books are stained with sauces and such, and that means something to me. The originals for sale are mounted on cradled wood (in the section of this website aptly named ‘Original Paintings Mounted on Cradled Wood’). The print is just like my original watercolor painting, but is printed on high quality paper. Matting and framing are not included, sorry! Sizes are approximate. Please note: the image is square.
